Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking an Associate Material Team Manager to ensure timely availability of materials and clear supply status. The role focuses on executing “Clean to Build” processes and serving as the key contact for shortage details.

You will monitor production alignment, escalate critical issues, and support daily tasks in collaboration with procurement and engineering teams. A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze material availability against production schedules to ensure a "Clean to Build" status.
• Escalate critical material issues using Plexpedite process.
• Coordinate with the buying team to align on priorities for material availability and deferrals.
• Provide shortages information and support customer conversations as needed.
• Support PPV avoidance/approval processes and site quoting/repricing activities; manage ECOs.
