Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Wisconsin seeks a Customer Focus Team liaison to manage material requirements, collaborate with procurement and demand planning, and optimize inventory to meet on-time delivery and revenue goals.

You will develop inventory strategies, review purchase orders, monitor variances, and help implement supply chain solutions while communicating clearly with internal partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work across multiple functional groups and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory strategy to achieve targeted net inventory levels and days of inventory.
• Collaborate with Master Scheduler, Demand Analyst, and Procurement to ensure customer satisfaction and site revenue objectives.
• Review and approve purchase orders; pursue reductions in variances and management of obsolescence.
