Responsibilities include verifying supplier quotes, handling POs, ensuring BOM and material data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional teams across Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain. ERP experience and advanced Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Power Query in Excel.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify supplier quotes for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in processing and managing purchase orders.
• Maintain material master data integrity and BOM costs.
• Evaluate BOM costs to optimize project spending.
• Support procurement operations to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Build vendor relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs to help meet operational goals.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Program Management, and Supply Chain.
