Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Material Handler in Wisconsin to identify, receive, store and issue materials, including packing and shipping tasks. You will load/unload trucks, move items to work floors, and support kitting operations on multiple shifts.

The role requires basic reading/writing, math abilities, and proficiency with scales and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers). Strong teamwork and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand instructions.
• Able to perform basic math calculations including decimals and fractions.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, scales, and measurement devices like calipers and micrometers.
• Must be able to operate powered vehicles and hold a valid operator's license.
• Experience with inventory transactions on company computer systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, receive, store, and issue materials with or without mobile lift equipment.
• Load and unload trucks and move items to the floor as required.
• Support kitting, packing, and efficient shipping/receiving processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock rooms.
• Communicate part availability, status, and any issues to team members.
