Responsibilities

• Perform the resin infusion process.
• Perform vacuum leak checks.
• Read and monitor vacuum gauges.

• Operate overhead crane.
• Load oven and remove parts from chambers.
• Perform necessary preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Sweep and mop as needed; maintain 5S standards.
• Follow all work procedures for the area.
• Comply with all safety and company policies.

Job description

As an Impreg Helper, you will be working with multiple types of resin systems and composite materials. You will be learning the job of an impreg technician doing a variety of different tasks such as resin infusion, chamber assembly, vacuum checks, leak checks, demolding, loading parts into ovens, completely transactions in the system and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform the resin infusion process.
• Perform vacuum leak checks.
• Read and monitor vacuum gages.
• Use of temperature probe/infrared temperature guns.
• Use of overhead crane.
• Operate ice blasting machine.
• Load oven.
• Remove parts and resin from chambers.
• Perform necessary preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Sweep and mop as needed.
• Maintain 5S standards.
• Clean and replace temporary floor as needed.
• Follow all work procedures for the area.
• Comply with all safety and company policies.
