Qualifikationen

• Experience in Aerospace and Defense is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Support daily shipment receipt and distribution processes and ensure accurate inventory accounting.
• Lead weekly cycle count process and reconcile reports.
• Create and maintain Kanban for expendable, production, and vendor managed items.
• Manage Kitting program with Operations.
• Assist with disposition, disposal, and accounting for Excess & Obsolete inventory.
• Support CFP and supplier inventory processes; lead problem resolution and reporting.
• Back up for hazardous material and inert product shipping.
• Prepare for external audits.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues and reconciliations.

Job Description

• Supports daily shipment receipt and distribution process. Leads problem resolution to ensure accurate, timely accounting for incoming supplier inventory.
• Support the weekly Cycle Count process. Run, distribute, manage count sheets, and reconcile weekly reports. Lead corrective action process. Report results weekly.
• Work with Operations teams to create & maintain expendable, production and vendor managed Kanbans.
• Works closely with Operations teams to manage Kitting program.
• Work with Operation and Program team members to complete dispositions of excess project inventory and participate in material close-out activity. Assist with reconciliation, disposal and accounting for Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory.
• Support Customer Furnished Property (CFP) program and supplier inventory process. Leads problem resolution and performs reporting.
• Back up for hazardous material and inert product Shipping.
• Outside audit preparation and support.
• Trouble shooting inventory issues and reconciliations.

Requirements

• High School diploma minimum. AAS Business or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience working in Aerospace and Defense is desired; preferably in a material management organization.
• Experience using ERP systems to logically move and physically ship materials.
• Inventory transactions, storage and cycle count experience required.
• Knowledge of hazardous material shipping and movement experience desired. DOT CFR-49 and IATA Certification is a plus.
• Experience in Microsoft Office products; especially Word and Excel.
• Excels in a dynamic, changeable work environment. Energetic and positive. Ability to work independently. Processes an entrepreneurial spirit.
