Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical degree.
  • Completion of at least sophomore year of study by Summer 2027.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Daily review of production process data.
  • Analyze disposition of non-conforming product.
  • Participate on quality improvement teams.
  • Conduct and analyze mill experiments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Analyze current operating performance and SOPs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support various other projects as needed to assist the business.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in the field of Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or other related technical degree
  • Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2027
