Job summary

Tribonet is offering a Material Science Summer 2024 Internship in Columbus, Indiana, where you will address material and material processing challenges while working closely with experienced team members.

Candidates must be pursuing an engineering degree with a GPA of 2.5 or above and commit to a 10-12 week full-time internship.

The role provides exposure to quality processes and materials testing within an inclusive workplace dedicated to diversity.

Qualifications

  • Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred.
  • Must be able to complete a minimum of 10 weeks and up to a maximum of 12 weeks commitment.
  • Must be able to complete 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to learn from others on the job.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve material and processing problems.
  • Support process improvement for validation and quality auditing.
  • Deliver testing results and consultancy to Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
