Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Material Resource Planner to execute Supply Chain and Operations strategy, translating production needs into material actions and keeping programs on track for on-time flight hardware delivery.

You will support Master Scheduling and Planning, identify shortages early, and work with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering to resolve conflicts in a hybrid Denver-area environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of material planning, production planning, or scheduling experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and understanding of MRP logic and work order management.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and demand planning concepts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and material plans concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with MS Project or similar scheduling tools a plus.

Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION

As a Material Resource Planner at True Anomaly, you will play a key role in executing our Supply Chain and Operations strategy. You will support the Supply Chain Master Scheduling and Planning team in maintaining production and supply schedules to ensure timely delivery of flight hardware to orbit. This role requires a detail-oriented planning professional who can translate production requirements into material and work order actions, identify shortages and constraints early, and work cross-functionally to keep programs on track.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and execute material requirements planning (MRP) for assigned programs, ensuring alignment between production schedules and material availability

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Space-technology or launch vehicle manufacturing supply chain experience
• APICS CPIM certification (or in progress)
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting Propulsion, Structures, Power Systems, Avionics, or integration and test operations
• Experience in a high-growth manufacturing environment or new program standup

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $80,000-$115,000
• Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work Location - Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
• Work environment - the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
• Physical demands - the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.
