Job summary

True Anomaly in Denver, CO is seeking a Material Resource Planner to support the Supply Chain Master Scheduling and Planning team. You will translate production requirements into material actions and help keep programs on track for timely flight hardware delivery.

This role requires a detail-oriented planning professional who can identify shortages early and collaborate across Procurement, Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts. Hybrid work applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent and relevant work experience).
• 3-5 years of material planning, production planning, or scheduling experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and understanding of MRP logic and work order management.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and demand planning concepts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and material plans concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with MS Project or similar scheduling tools a plus.

YOUR MISSION

As a Material Resource Planner at True Anomaly, you will play a key role in executing our Supply Chain and Operations strategy. You will support the Supply Chain Master Scheduling and Planning team in maintaining production and supply schedules to ensure timely delivery of flight hardware to orbit. • Experience supporting Propulsion, Structures, Power Systems, Avionics, or integration and test operations
• Experience in a high-growth manufacturing environment or new program standup

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $80,000-$115,000
• Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave
• Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Work Location -Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
