The Land & Air Defense System 24/7 operations team is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) with demonstrated project management skills who will be closely accountable for ensuring program and supplier performance. You must be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program goals, and must be able to successfully interface with varying levels of internal management.
You will be responsible for executing supply chain strategies and plans. The MPM serves as the leader for all program’s supply chain activities and is the liaison between the Program Manager(s), Integrated Product Team (IPT) and other functional leads, and the Supply Chain organization. This position requires an individual who will be able to exert impact and influence the overall goals of the program and the program IPT team.
The ideal candidate will have supply chain, financial, purchasing, and negotiating experience and have project management responsibilities including, but not limited to Risk and Opportunity management, supplier management, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.Material management of demand and supply will be a core responsibility along with ensuring on time delivery material in support of DLS requirements. Significant autonomy comes with this role in managing day-to-day activities.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Andover, MA location.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
