Job summary

Mykelly in Mount Vernon, OH is hiring a Material Processor (Temp-to-Hire) to prepare materials, feed into machinery, and ensure quality throughout production. The role operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with shifts from 7:00 am–7:00 pm (days) or 7:00 pm–7:00 am (nights).

Pay rates are $21.24/hr for days and $21.99/hr for nights. A HS diploma or GED, ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and basic math/computer skills are preferred for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. to a height of 7-8 feet.
• Basic computer and math skills; ability to read and comprehend basic English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for processing and feed them into machinery, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet customer specifications; remove and dispose of any materials that do not conform.
• Stack and palletize completed cases on appropriate pallets in accordance with customer requirements.
