Job summary

The Clorox Company in Spring Hill, KS is seeking a D2 Material Process Operator for 12-hour shifts (Thu-Sat and every 3rd Sun). You will be responsible for production of cat litter in Mixing or Production and ensure material flow and packaging readiness.

This role requires operating heavy equipment, performing quality checks, troubleshooting machinery, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area. You will also contribute to reports and training as needed, with a starting pay of $26.54 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience loading/unloading raw materials from semi-trailers and railcars.
• Operate packaging machines and palletizer.
• Inspect product before, during and after filling by performing quality checks.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Provide routine and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Prepare reports and conduct training sessions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport materials and supplies.
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment and conveyors.
• Make equipment adjustments and clear jams.
• Record data and monitor instrumentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and house-keeping.
