Qualifications

• Reads schedules, tickets and measurements to ensure correct material flow.
• Maintains accuracy in counts, SKUs and skin stacks per line schedule.
• Demonstrates strong math and measurement skills for quality cutting readiness.

Responsibilities

• Reads/interprets schedules, pulls accurate materials/door skins.
• Reads tickets/schedules to determine correct materials, counts and stacks skins.
• Adds correct amount of cull boards, rejects bad boards, inspects skins, records rejects.
• Records schedule number, line, stack, date, initials on each stack.
• Highlights special cut skins and sets up cuts to width/length per chart; knows SKUs; handles 10+ skins at a time.
• Uses tape measure to 32nd of an inch; validates skin accuracy; performs quality inspection.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership team.
