Job summary

Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. is seeking a production operator to set up scales and issuing equipment, monitor quality in production runs, operate mixing and comil equipment, and maintain accurate batch records.

You will work with coworkers across shifts, follow issued procedures, and keep equipment and rooms clean. Physical ability to handle heavy weights and good record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of high school plus specific course requirements.
• Knowledge of weights and measurements (metric system).
• Ability to follow written instructions and issuing procedures.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to lift heavy weights.

Responsibilities

• Produces and inspects the quality of products for internal and external customers
• Issues product to work orders in the material prep area and verifies raw material information to work order
• Inspects, sets up, and cleans equipment
• Cleans production rooms
• Completes necessary documentation and paperwork, reconciles and double-checks all work records
• Other duties as assigned
