Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Count and verify material inventory at end of a job and report to warehouse manager.
• Update 24-hour material email and communicate across shifts.
• Assist with material changes at presses and loading into dryers.
• Stage material in designated areas for production flow and ensure proper handling of barrels.
• Clean dryers and grinders as part of material prep duties.

Job description

Pro Resources is seeking a 1st Shift Material Prep Coordinator for a client in Elkhart, IN. The Material Prep Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and preparing materials to support production across all three shifts. This role will manage material inventory, assist with scheduling and communication between shifts, and ensure materials are properly picked, staged, and loaded according to production schedules and work orders. The Material Prep Coordinator will also assist with dryer and grinder cleaning, material changeovers at presses, and maintaining an organized and efficient material flow throughout the facility.

Shift and Compensation

Monday-Friday 6:30-3 PM

Compensation is from 39,520 USD to 43,680 USD per year

Job Duties

• Count and verify material inventory at the end of a job and turn into warehouse manager to adjust system
• Update & send out 24-hour material email
• Help change material over at the press when needed
• Pick and load material into dryers stated on the work order
• Stage material in material area or warehouse for others to fill barrels from
• Clean dryers and grinders
