Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Material Analyst for an onsite role at our Arden, NC facility. The role focuses on strengthening ERP data integrity, driving MRP improvements, and enhancing forecast quality across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will lead data governance efforts, optimize planning parameters, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Materials teams to ensure accurate inventory and reliable production planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to supply chain or operations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations.
Relocation is not available; candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Arden, NC.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

Lead data integrity and ERP data health across platforms.
Improve MRP run accuracy and forecast quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce data issues and improve system utilization.
Monitor and adjust MPS/MRP parameters for better inventory availability.
Develop metrics on ERP data health, planning accuracy and material management.
Drive corrective actions to resolve MPS/MRP inconsistencies.
Lead initiatives to reduce past-due orders and improve planning efficiency.
Provide training to strengthen transaction discipline and ERP usage.
