Job summary

Jobtailor in Huntsville, AL seeks a Purchasing/Material Planning professional to create purchase requisitions from Costpoint MRP messages and maintain manufacturing lead-times. You will analyze demand signals and monitor incoming materials in a collaborative engineering environment.

The role requires a degree with 2–4 years' experience (or a Master's with less than 2 years). US citizenship and Secret Clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience OR Masters with less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience will be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or purchasing activities.
• Experience obtaining quotes and interacting with vendors.
• Capability of performing in a collaborative engineering environment.
• Demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
• Must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility requirements for Secret Clearance
