Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd in Broomfield, Colorado, seeks a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to aggregate production demand and identify gaps across Pilatus’ global supply chain, including the completion center. You will develop inventory strategies to improve material availability and support multiple locations and 40k+ SKUs.

The role requires data-driven analysis, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and the ability to communicate findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information, and processes.
• Ability to creatively problem-solve where supply chain risks are identified.
• Experience leveraging AI for efficiency and deeper supply chain analysis.
• Experience in creating and maintaining reports using Power BI and related applications.
• Previous production planning experience is an advantage.
• Experience working in and maintaining ERP databases.
• Understanding of how MRP works and is used.
• Professional and effective communication skills are essential.

In this role, you will perform a wide variety of analytical work to support supply chain efficiency and optimization. The role offers exposure to an international company with a global supply chain. The initial focus will be on aggregating production demand in our aircraft completions center, and identifying gaps within the supply chain. In addition, you will develop and implement inventory management strategies to increase material availability. With multiple locations, more than 40,000 unique SKUs, and over $20M in inventory this will be an exciting opportunity to use your knowledge and experience with complex data analysis techniques. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
• Review and analyze gathered data and propose methods to improve, specifically:
• Production planning
• Material availability
• Forecasting
• Leverage AI to maximize efficiency within the supply chain
• Identify gaps between supply and demand and ensure necessary stakeholders are informed of these gaps/risks
• Problem-solve wherever gaps are identified; recommend and drive corrective-action
• Communicate with other departments and locations within the organization to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Present progress, findings, and recommendations to senior management
• Contribute expertise to definition and optimization of department procedures

The hiring range is $62,000 - $85,000 per year. Pay rate to be determined based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to relevant skills & experience, education, job location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
