Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• 5–10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain without a degree.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders daily for raw materials, packaging and miscellaneous items.
• Ensure timely and accurate PO processing to prevent delays in production or vendor payments.
• Collaborate with Logistics to determine transport modes and manage freight costs.
• Manage inbound raw material categories and troubleshoot delays to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support vendor payment processes.
• Track and report supplier performance metrics (KPIs).
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Update inventory records by analyzing stock reports and coordinating disposition actions.
• Monitor OTIF performance with internal planners and document late/deliveries reasons.
• Support new raw material setup and second-source initiatives, including documentation and system updates.
• Perform data entry and analysis related to inventory, cost savings, and supply chain metrics.
• Maintain ERP and MIS records and assist with routine administrative tasks.
