Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in material planning or purchasing.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with purchasing and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Oracle ERP experience is a plus.

• Execute and follow up on creation of Purchase Orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with suppliers for clear-to-build updates and escalation with cross-functional support.
• Assist warehouse and accounts payable with troubleshooting parts receipts to enable resolution.

Role Description

The Material Planning team is responsible for ensuring raw materials, components and sub-assemblies are delivered to Form Energy pilot lines and production sites to support production needs, at optimal efficiency.

Relocation assistance is available.

What You'll Do

• Execute and follow up on creation of Purchase Orders in our ERP system
• Coordinate with suppliers for clear to build updates in order to summarize parts that need further escalation with cross functional support
• Assist warehouse and accounts payable with troubleshooting issues regarding parts receipts to enable systematic resolution

What You'll Bring

• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Self-starter/independent work style
• Familiarity with Purchasing and Procurement processes
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Oracle ERP system experience a plus

Compensation Range: $84,537 - $105,699
