Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least three years of experience using data-analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, Alteryx, Microsoft Access, SAP BusinessObjects, Crystal Reports or equivalent platforms.
• At least two years of experience creating forecast models.
• At least two years of experience developing and working with KPIs.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and project-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience translating complex technical information into clear visual information for non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing time-sensitive, multifaceted projects.
• Skill planning, implementing and evaluating programs and organizing work around defined goals and objectives.
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proactive, self-directed approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and optimize material demand by building consensus around inventory requirements and stocking-level decisions.
• Develop and support methods for measuring forecast accuracy, inventory levels and optimization.
• Build and maintain forecast models that support material-planning decisions.
• Provide recommendations to senior leaders based on inventory and forecasting analysis.
• Support operations in resolving inventory-related issues.
• Read and interpret vendor and company technical documentation, including Engineering Orders, list-price documentation and illustrated parts catalogs.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and KPI dashboards.
• Measure and analyze Operational Analytics and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for improved performance and efficiency with SME partners.
• Translate complex technical information into clear visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions that improve material allocation.
• Develop tooling-calibration models and coordinate with Repair teams on repair orders.
• Support General Maintenance Manual (GMM) processes and departmental compliance.
• Manage material processes supporting major aircraft modifications.
• Support tactical purchasing requirements when needed.
• Issue requisitions to buyers, answer questions, review requirements and resolve open issues.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with supplier partners.
• Support other Materials teams as needed to meet operational requirements.
• Facilitate discussions, help resolve conflicts and build alignment across stakeholders.
