Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a detail-oriented Material Management Clerk to support daily warehouse, inventory, receiving, and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will track inventory, assist with cycle counts, manage data entry in internal systems, and coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/receiving/inventory/logistics or material management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
• Comfortable with data entry, inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and update orders, shipments, and inventory records in internal systems.
• Support receiving and shipping activities, including processing paperwork, labels, and bills of lading.
• Track inventory, perform basic stock checks, and report discrepancies.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Support material staging, organization, and issuance to internal teams.
• Coordinate incoming deliveries, pickups, and basic logistics follow-ups.
• Assist with warehouse floor management and ensure materials are properly organized and staged.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, supervisors, and internal departments.
• Identify and lift inventory, shipping, receiving, or logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.
