Comprehensive Logistics Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced Materials Clerk to handle the receiving and shipping of goods within a fast-growing warehousing and logistics operation in Detroit, Michigan.

Under supervision, you will verify product distribution, prepare shipping documents, and maintain inventory accuracy using our automated system. The ideal candidate has warehouse and inventory experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and ship products under supervision.
• Verify and organize distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
• Prepare shipping documents and mailing labels.
• Maintain automated inventory management system to match physical and database inventory.
• Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with BOM and actual shipments.
• Complete all paperwork for receiving/shipping of goods.

Materials Clerk - A Crew

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, performs duties related to receiving and shipping of product.

• Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
• Prepares related documents.
• Maintains shipping/receiving area.
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
• Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
• Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
• Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.
• Maintain the automated inventory management system to ensure that actual physical inventory matches the database logical inventory.
• Completing all legal formalities, procedures and paperwork for receiving/shipping the goods.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft, including Excel
• Great communications skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of SAP (PREFERRED)
• Schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
