Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of material coordinator experience.
• MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules.
• Review production schedules with department supervisors to determine material requirements.
• Requisition material and establish delivery sequences to departments based on job priorities and availability.
• Arrange in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules and coordinate repair/assembly transports.
• Examine delivered material to verify type and quantity; maintain perpetual production records.
