Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Material Logistics Agent based in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M). You will place POs, manage supplier invoices, and ensure timely delivery of parts to production.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Operations management with 3+ years of experience, plus familiarity with SAP and BAAN. Strong ethics and customer focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Place Purchase Orders, follow up with suppliers, and assure parts are received on time and as per schedule.
• Administer portfolio activities related to invoices and po pricing issues.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing quality, time cycle and costs.
• Monitor and confirm delivery of parts to production in collaboration with Logistics - Line function.
• Maintain Operational and Financial KPIs.
• Interact with multi-disciplinary teams (Logistics - Line, Programs, Finance, Production, Quality).
• Apply and follow contractual terms with supplier.
• Negotiate and implement change management requests and secure the associated purchase order requirements.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Operations management with a minimum of three (3) years' experience
• You have experience with SAP and BAAN an asset
• You possess a strong sense of ethics and are customer focused.
• You have excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• You have good knowledge of MS Office
