Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Beaver, PA only.
• Eaton will not sponsor work authorization for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes inventory levels and forecast data to optimize warehousing space.
• Analyzes ERP and data; prepares reports for execution and action.
• Maintains planning parameters in MAPICS to keep systems updated.
• Leads cycle counting and achieves SME status for the process.
• Generates and completes cycle counts to maintain on-hand accuracy.
• Applies labels for material and locations to ensure visibility.
• Performs root cause analysis for discrepancies and coordinates corrective actions with Buyers and Materials teams.
• Assists in scrap and other transactions.
• Performs on-the-spot cycle counts for high-priority items and reports to management.
• Participates in annual physical inventory activities.
• Leads Cycle Count Review meetings and participates in Tier 1/2 meetings for Materials/Supply Chain.
• Maintains pallet rack standards and forklift safety expertise.
