Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory control operations to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels across multiple locations.
• Lead and train inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to optimize inventory processes and support demand forecasting.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to improve accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and present findings to management to inform strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all inventory handling activities.
