LGC is seeking a Material Handling Technician I at our Petaluma, CA site to support inventory control, waste management, and warehouse activities in a GMP/ISO environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to optimize material flow across production and supply chain.
Responsibilities include daily ERP/mese systems use, cycle counting, and adherence to EPA and OSHA standards, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The Material Handling Team acts as a hands-on operational hub that ensures safe and compliant bulk chemical and waste management, provides frontline technical and system support, and drives efficiency, coordination, and continuous improvement across multiple departments.
The Material Handling Technician I supports material flow, inventory control, and waste management operations across the Petaluma site. This role contributes to safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse and production support activities while supporting Material Handling Team initiatives focused on operational efficiency, system support, and cross-functional coordination.

While guidance would come from upper management, the Material Handling Technician I would primarily work independently with guidance as needed, focusing on tasks involving LGC’s warehouse processes, organization and inventory managements (to include, but not limited to, hazardous chemical inventories, raw materials, and finished goods), and chemical waste organization per EPA guidelines.

The typical pay range for this role for both Material Handling Tech I/II is:
Minimum: $ 22.000/Hourly
Maximum: $ 25.000/ Hourly
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for the California -based position. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, skills, and location.
