Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handling Tech L1 to operate a multi-directional forklift, move materials to designated shop areas, and support loading/unloading to meet customer requirements.

You will read blueprints, use an overhead crane, and collaborate with teammates while adhering to safety protocols and keeping the work area clean and hazard-free throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Operate a multi-directional forklift to move material between locations.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper handling and positioning of materials.
• Maintain safety compliance and wear PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate physical stamina to lift and move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-directional forklift moving material from one destination to another.
• Loads and unloads material onto or form pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Ability to use an overhead crane.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Work closely with team members and communicates in an efficient way.
• Being able to safely move material to specific destinations in the shop.
• Comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Check work area for hazards.
• Leave work area in a clean/safe state when shift is complete.
