Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Decatur, TX is seeking a Material Handling I, Receiving to support receipt, warehousing and shipment of manufactured products and vendor materials. You will process SAP transactions and help maintain accurate inventory.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, performing cycle counts, supporting ISO-compliant work instructions, and ensuring a clean, safe work area while coordinating material flow around the plant. This role requires physical effort and weekend flexibility.

Job Description:

The Role:

Perform tasks related directly to the receipt, warehousing, control, packaging and issue/shipment of manufactured products and vendor acquired material and supplies.

Material Handler, Receiving

• Maintaining count of inventory of goods;
• Receive goods in from vendor and purchase parts
• Act as internal logistics to move products and material around the plant
• Receive and process direct and indirect raw materials and make appropriate SAP transactions
• Process return Materials (RMA) through SAP transactions
• Distribute finished goods as appropriate
• Responsible for cycle counts of finished goods bins, blocked stock, and bins at warehouse as required
• Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization
• Understands, supports, and complies with ISO Policy, Procedure and Work Instructions, complies with all safety requirements, and maintains order and cleanliness of Warehouse premises.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and wears required personal protective equipment
• Performs duties in a safe manner, observes approved safety procedures, and communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor or EHS.

• Consistent high standards of housekeeping and strict adherence to quality standards for both product and services;
• Astute attention to detail to drive Safety and Quality;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment;
• Ability to perform visual checks and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
• Able to safely lift 50 pounds;
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical;
• Personal experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment a plus;
• Dependability with flexibility to work shifts, over-time, and weekends to support business needs.
• Candidate must have the capacity to comply with the federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws
