Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a dependable Material Handling Floater to support warehouse, production, and facility operations. This hands-on role involves moving materials, packaging, palletizing, and general labor across departments to keep operations running smoothly.

You will join a fast-paced environment and work with pallet jacks and hand trucks while following safety policies and PPE requirements. A reliable, hands-on mindset helps support production and other teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/material handling preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials.
• Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and material verification.
• Package cabinets and finished goods, including palletizing.
• Use pallet jacks and hand trucks when trained and authorized.
• Perform general labor, sorting, lifting, and organizing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Support production and other departments as assigned.

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
