Job summary

Wiese Usa Inc is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to repair and maintain our customers' material handling equipment across on-site locations. You will diagnose issues, perform safe repairs, and provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.

The role requires climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, driving to customer sites, following safety policies, and documenting work orders in our system. Experience with equipment and a can-do attitude are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hazard assessments and high standard of safety practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and crawling in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Comfortable using computers; able to learn field software quickly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
