Job summary

Mykelly is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift in Perris, CA. You will pick parts to fulfill orders and move materials to designated areas in a traditional warehouse setting.

The role requires at least 6 months in material handling, strong teamwork and communication, and flexibility to work overtime as production needs dictate. Safety procedures and quality standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum 6 months of material handling/warehouse experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with a diverse group.
• Flexible availability to work overtime or adjust shifts.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to follow quality management processes and policies in support of company objectives.
• Commitment to environmental, health and safety standards and regulations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and related documents to determine which items need to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Pick items from bulk containers, racks, shelves, or bins according to established instructions, such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill material requisitions, work orders, and stock requests, and place items in designated areas.
• Scan and move materials according to standard work instructions, when applicable.
• Work scheduled hours as needed to support production goals and site performance targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Schedule: 3:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m.
Pay: $18.27 per hour
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of warehouse or material handler experience
