Job summary

nVent is seeking teammates for a material handling role in Minneapolis. You will receive, stock, pick, issue, and deliver materials while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and ensuring equipment operates correctly.

You will help meet production schedules and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of material flow, safety policies, and analytical communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and promptly report risks to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Notify leadership of issues related to equipment, operations, materials, inventory, or documentation.
• Receive, stock, pick, issue, and deliver materials to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Maintain equipment and perform safety checks.
• Ensure continuous supply of equipment and materials for operations.
• Meet production schedules and ensure products meet quality specs.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory balances.
• Participate in rotations and continuous improvement initiatives.
