Job summary

Nahan is seeking a Material Handler II to support our printing operations in Saint Cloud, MN. You will unload, transport, store, record, retrieve, and load materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment. A strong focus on accuracy and safety is essential.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with machine operators, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Forklift experience is preferred and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience preferred; willing to be certified on the job.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive and load raw materials, finished goods, work‑in‑process, and mail according to established processes.
• Transport, store, accurately record, and retrieve all materials.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the inventory system.
• Communicate with shift teams regarding job status and special instructions.
• Coordinate with machine operators on work‑in‑progress and finished goods needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks.
• Ensure compliance with lean manufacturing principles.
• Follow all company quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
