The Material Handler (Water Spider) stages and manages materials and is part of the Production Operations Department located in Waltham, Massachusetts and will be full time on-site position. At Abcam, our vision is to be the most influential life sciences company for researchers worldwide.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage Materials using Oracle System.

• Staging materials for various functional groups including batch production, and QC.

• In charge of labeling raw materials, intermediate items following standard work and SOPs

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, label printing software.

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift, move or carry containers up to 50 lbs and comfort to frequent walking, standing, and material handling.
