Responsibilities
  • Accurately pull and package materials for delivery to shipping, assembly, and manufacturing
  • Adhere to all packaging requirements
  • Operate forklifts and order pickers at heights up to 35'
  • Stock merchandise and organize storage locations
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Assist in prioritizing incoming and outgoing materials
  • Manage inventory control and ensure Kanban level accuracy
  • Lift and move heavy objects safely
  • Report problems to crew leader or supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
  • Training in Lean principles; 1+ year experience in a lean warehouse preferred
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret instructions and specifications
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions
  • Basic product knowledge and understanding of company policies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license
