Job summary

OBE is seeking a dedicated worker for a 2nd shift role on the lamination glass line. The position involves loading and unloading glass, aligning with the production schedule, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities include meeting production goals, safe lifting, and passing pre-employment checks. The company emphasizes safety, training, and opportunities for raises and bonuses as part of a pay-for-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Previous shop floor or factory/warehouse experience is highly desirable but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong prioritization and attention to detail; good manual dexterity and reliability.

  • Load and unload glass products onto the lamination glass line safely and efficiently.
  • Identify proper sides of the glass with attention to detail and align priorities with the production schedule.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area; participate in inventory control and quality control related to assembled products.
  • Meet production goals as directed by management.
  • Safely and consistently lift up to 75 pounds alone, or 150 pounds with a team lift.
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check; have reliable transportation.
  • Operate in accordance with all safety policies and procedures; maintain regular and predictable attendance.

This is a 2nd shift position scheduled Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM. A strong commitment to safety is required.

2nd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
