As a Material Handler, you will be essential to our team, responsible for receiving raw materials, supporting production, performing cycle counts, maintaining warehouse organization, and operating power industrial equipment (training provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and quality as per plant and department procedures.
• Stage or deliver raw materials needed for production lines daily.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely staging of materials.
• Receive incoming raw materials and supplies.
• Use handheld devices for inventory management.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Check for shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Follow all safety and receiving procedures.
• Operate all PIE equipment and forklifts safely.
• Unload trucks and recycle materials.
• Maintain records and prepare collection bins.
• Train new hires and assist in inventory reconciliation.

Work Schedule

Our rotating schedule offers every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Shifts are 12 hours: Week 1 (Sat, Sun, Wed, Thurs), Week 2 (Mon, Tues, Fri off). Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in warehousing or material handling preferred.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF technology.
• Ability to work flexible hours and in a team environment.

Physical & Work Environment

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate equipment.
• Work may involve high noise levels and wearing PPE.
• Overtime and shift work are occasionally required.
