From your PASSION to ours

As a Material Handler, you are a vital part of our team! Your responsibilities include receiving raw materials, supplying production, performing cycle counts, maintaining an orderly warehouse, and operating power industrial equipment (training provided).

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met.
• Stage or deliver raw materials needed for production, including cups, lids, fruit, and cardboard.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely staging of materials.
• Receive incoming raw materials and supplies.
• Use handheld devices to manage inventory in warehouse management systems like SAP.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Check for shortages and reject damaged goods upon delivery.
• Follow safety and receiving procedures.
• Operate PIE equipment and other power industrial machinery safely.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Assist and train new hires on PIE equipment.
• Unload recyclable materials into bailers and recycling bins.
• Maintain records and prepare collection bins, operate bin washers if needed.
• Create bales of cardboard and operate balers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to inventory reconciliation and assist procurement.
• Receive and transfer chemicals safely.

Work Schedule

Our two-week rotation offers every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, with 12-hour shifts:

• Week 1: Sat-On, Sun-On, Mon-Off, Tues-Off, Wed-On, Thurs-On, Fri-Off

• Week 2: Sat-Off, Sun-Off, Mon-On, Tues-On, Wed-Off, Thurs-Off, Fri-On

From your STORY to ours

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and RF technology.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to:

• Stand, walk, and handle objects up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Operate powered equipment safely.

Work Environment

Expect high noise levels, interruptions, and occasional overtime. PPE such as hearing protection and safety shoes is required.
