Paycom - ATS in Portland, OR is hiring a Material Handler for a full-time shift Mon-Thurs, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM. You will observe load hookups, operate crane controls, handle hoisting attachments, and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient material movement.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math, clear communication, and the ability to follow instructions. Prior warehouse or material-handling experience is preferred, with forklift and crane operation skills valued.

The higher end of the range, $23.75/hour, is reserved for candidates with exceptional experience or qualifications.Shift is Mon-Thurs, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM (four 10s)What You’ll DoObserve load hookup and determine the safety of the load.Manipulate or depress crane control buttons, to regulate the speed and direction of crane and hoist movement.Use hoisting attachments such as hook, sling, or bucket as load requires.Cleans and maintains a crane and hoisting mechanism.Inspect crane for defective parts and notify supervisors of defects or malfunctions.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
