You will ensure accurate receiving, transport, and preparation for mailing while upholding quality standards.

The role collaborates with production, shipping, and postal teams to meet daily deadlines. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in warehouse or postal operations;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or postal operations preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and shipping documentation.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and move materials and finished mail products.
• Load/unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Stage materials for production and mailing according to schedules.
• Sort and distribute postal trays and containers.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts; must be certified.
• Prepare mail for shipment per USPS and company standards.
• Maintain records of material movement and inventory.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as needed.
