United Direct Solutions, LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a full-time Material Handler, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, to move, sort, stage, and handle mail and postal products throughout production and distribution for timely delivery.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork, with responsibilities including loading/unloading, operating pallet jacks and forklifts (certified), maintaining records, and collaborating to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or postal operations preferred.
• Able to work in fast-paced production and logistics environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and shipping documentation.
• Basic math and inventory tracking skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers safely.
• Stage materials for production and mailing operations.
• Sort and distribute postal trays, tubs, sacks, and other mailing containers.
• Operate material handling equipment; must be certified.
• Prepare mail for shipment per USPS and company standards.
• Verify quantities and report inventory or shipping issues.
• Maintain records of material movement and shipments.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety rules.
• Follow company policies and postal regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
