Job summary

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking motivated individuals to join as Material Handler. You will unload railcars and trucks, perform quality control on materials, and operate a range of industrial equipment. Training is provided, and a path to Operator or Supervisor exists.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities for career growth and long-term employment in a stable industry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment with training provided.
• Carrying 50 pounds, lifting up to 65 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 120 pounds.
• Basic reading, math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload railcars and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality control testing on materials.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, drive switches, locomotive/track mobile engines, and other material handling equipment.
• Follow plant safety procedures and operational policies.
• Collaborate with team to support daily operations.
