Job Description

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking motivated individuals to join as a Material Handler. No experience is required – training will be provided. Key focus is reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Unload tank railcars and trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality control testing on materials.
  • Operate industrial equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, drive switches, locomotive/track mobile engines, and other material handling equipment.
  • Follow plant safety procedures and operational policies.
  • Work closely with team members to support daily operations.

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Carry 50 pounds, lift up to 65 pounds, push/pull up to 120 pounds.
  • Take initiative and work efficiently.

Work Environment

This is a hands‑on industrial position. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, around grain dust and industrial equipment, climbing railcars, ladders, or stairs up to 120 feet, and rotating shifts of 10 to 12 hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (example shifts 7a.m.–7p.m. / 7p.m.–7a.m.).
