Job summary

Kinematics LLC seeks a safety-minded Material Handler to support manufacturing by staging materials, transporting finished goods, and loading/unloading freight using a sit-down forklift. You will work in a fast-paced environment with strict safety protocols and contribute to uptime and accuracy across the warehouse.

Eligible candidates have forklift certification, 1–2 years of experience, and the ability to operate a 26-foot truck locally.

Qualifications

• Must have active OSHA-compliant sit-down forklift certification.
• 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing/fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to safely operate a 26-foot flatbed truck for local transportation between company facilities.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, pallet wrapping, and basic inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Line replenishment: deliver raw materials and supplies to production cells to avoid downtime.
• Finished goods staging: move palletized products to staging and storage bays.
• Loading & unloading: operate sit-down forklifts for outbound shipments and inbound trailers.
• Daily inspections: complete pre-shift OSHA checks and log maintenance issues.
• Inventory tracking: log material movement with handheld RF scanners to keep WMS records accurate.
• Facility housekeeping: maintain clean aisles and staging lanes per safety guidelines.
