Job summary

OPTIMIZED LOGISTICS LLC is seeking an experienced forklift operator to safely move in-process materials, unibodies, pallets, and racks within a manufacturing setting. You will follow plant rules, use scanners for traceability, and maintain accurate movement records while supporting production flow.

The role requires demonstrated forklift competency, adherence to safety policies, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred; must complete certification before independent operation.
• Demonstrated ability to maneuver loads safely in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and identify materials, locations, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts/powered industrial trucks safely per training, plant rules, and OSHA requirements.
• Move materials, pallets, and racks to designated areas without damage.
• Maintain material identification/traceability and complete movement records as required.
• Keep work areas organized and report hazards or spills promptly.
