Job summary

Hirecruiting is seeking a Material Handler in Walton Hills, OH to safely move, stage, and supply raw materials and finished plastic sheet products for the extrusion line. You will operate forklifts and hand-jack equipment, verify materials, and maintain accurate inventories.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math, tape measure reading skills, and the ability to follow procedures. Forklift certification is preferred, and basic computer skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, tow motors, pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, pallets and supplies.
• Move materials to production areas according to schedules and instructions.
• Supply extrusion lines with raw materials, cores and packaging.
• Stage finished products for shipment and assist Shipping/Receiving.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and report discrepancies.
