Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a reliable Material Handler II for our on-site team in Ohio. You will operate a range of warehouse equipment to move and store materials, perform loading/unloading tasks, and help maintain accurate inventory records.

The role requires 1+ year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days. This is a full-time, on-site position with multiple shifts and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to obtain company forklift certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse machinery to load, unload, and store materials.
• Inspect freight, check packing lists, sign Bills of Lading, and label cargo accurately.
• Load vehicles and secure goods with straps and padding to prevent shifting.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and complete daily paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and support team safety and quality standards.
